Figure skater Victoria Ackermann is fighting for one last shot at nationals. Injuries have racked her body, money’s tighter than her laces, and the hockey team’s relentless harassment has her teetering on the edge. The only thing worse than the bruises is knowing Caspian Parker—hockey captain, local golden boy, and her least favorite human—is doing nothing to stop it.
